A couple of weeks ago, we announced our new venture, Adaptivity. Some have asked us, why the name?
While it may seem straightforward, our name represents both the familiar (what we have in common) as well as the new (what distinguishes us from others).
In an industry of transformation, we knew we wanted something that represented change. Not only that, but we also wanted something that showed our commitment to adapt with that change.
In its simplest form, Adaptivity is a noun, defined as the capacity to adapt.
Our consultancy is comprised of experts in agility and lean transformation. With an average of 15 years of experience each in this space, many on our team have worked in large firms and across numerous industries. Change is our focus, and we believe the primary focal point should be on increasing business outcomes at a sustainable pace. We also believe that the show must go on.
